the venue was straightforward, i appreciated the stay and the location was excellent very close to industrial area and restaurants and mall. the place had a family atmosphere. the hotel room was spacious with sink off the bedroom. extra touches like climate control and an individual safe were a treat, staff were caring. the whole experience was such great.

The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, even accommodating my attempts to practice Spanish. They also provided me with information on the TV channels that offered Spanish programming, which was a nice touch. The room was a great deal and offered good value for the price.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the hair dryer in the room was not working, despite leaving a note about it.
